I've been down this road before.  This is the same chip that's in the
Entrega USB/Ethernet product and the Linksys USB10T.  It's been suggested
to me that this is also the same chip in the 3Com product.

I spent quite some time trying to get firmware information of some type.
No luck.  A quick inspection of the boards, however, suggests that these
are wired _very_ much alike.  It might be possible that firmware to use
one of them will work with all of them.
