The Anchor chips can change their Vendor/Product ID, but since it's possible
to add a small EEPROM with another default descriptor, there's no guarantee
for this behavior. For 'real world' applications you are required to add the
EEPROM, otherwise all drivers for Anchor based stuff would fight for the
wrong devices...
