Hi Familie,

A fixed version of scanner.c is in the works.  I don't know if that'll
address your issues, though. You don't elaborate on what Mustek backend
you are using.  I know that Mustek USB is in progress but I'm not sure if
Henning Meier-Geinitz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> is heading it up or not.  I believe
that Henning is the maintainer for the Mustek backend so I'd contact
Henning (if you haven't already done so) and also try the fixed scanner.c
when it becomes readily available.
