I reported this error several weeks ago. It occurs in many versions of ov511.

My camera is a LifeView RoboCam and the error occurs on both UHCI drivers
on a variety of machines and on OHCI on an Athlon.

HOWEVER, when I upgraded to 2.3.99-pre9-2 the data error messages stopped !!!!

I still get those other messages on start up and there is a colour problem
when capturing stills at 320x200 in xawtv (stills at full screen are OK!!)

Otherwise I am very happy with this driver.
