Alan Cox has some RPMS of 2.2.14, with USB support at:
ftp://ftp.linux.org.uk/pub/linux/alan/USB/
I've been using them fine for the last few days. It's possibily the
easiest route, if you don't want to go upgrading all that needs to be done
to go to the experimental kernel.
