Hi,
Can you send a kernel log?
After "USB hub found", are there any other messages
about the hub? From other monitor/hub combo log files,
I've noticed that after the "USB hub found" message,
the newly discovered hub seems to be dead.
I can whip up a patch to try to determine where/why
the hub is being lost.
