JE's right, assuming that you are using a mode/resolution
that use lots of USB bandwidth. For example, some webcams
can easily consume around 8 Mbps of bandwidth,
so putting 2 of them on one USB controller will make
one of them suffer currently. After I have bandwidth
allocation patches done, the second open probably
won't even succeed unless both opens are at a low mode/
resolution.
