[linux-usb] Epson USB Printer

I can't seem to get the printer to do anything.  I have setup the lp
device under /dev/usb/lp and using printtool.  All lpr commands result
in the following line in dmesg but no activity by the printer:

printer.c: usblp_control_msg: rq: 0x01 dir: 1 recip: 1 len: 0x1 result:
1

Any ideas?
