Yeah, a few of these driver do still need to be fixed. Thanks Russell for
the instructions on how to convert them.

But are these drivers still being maintained? If so, the maintainers of
them should do it, otherwise I would be glad to do the conversion.

Hmm, so if no one pipes up within a week, I'll make up the patch, any
objections?
