That wouldn't help.  USB bugs are handled on the mailing list, not on 
Bugzilla.  If you did create a Bugzilla report, you would simply be 
told to post it on the mailing list.

These could indicate some sort of problem with the driver for the xHCI
controller.  However, I'm not an expert on xhci-hcd.  Mathias is the
maintainer for that driver.
