Felipe and Greg:

In the following series of changes for the dummy-hcd driver, the first
three patches correct issues that are serious enough to merit inclusion
in the -stable kernels:

        1/5 fixes a bug that prevents g_mass_storage from working
        correctly in the default configuration;

        2/5 fixes an interrupts-disabled infinite loop found with
        syzkaller;

        3/5 fixes a locking bug created by an earlier commit.

Patches 4 and 5 concern less important matters: removing unsupported
endpoints and limiting bandwidth for control/interrupt transfers.
They do not need to go into -stable and they don't fix any serious
problems, so it's okay for them to wait for the next merge window.

The patches are independent, so it shouldn't matter if Greg takes 1-3
and Felipe takes 4-5.
