Nick,
It is kinda like a free sample. Just an introduction to linux. Anyway when
I bought maximum linux and got distros with it. It said free disk included,
right! LOL.
Also I think if a linux ISO was say 10 megs and still free-as it is,
everyone would be down loading it with out a care of paying for it. Well at
least untill they tried it. Its the size factor that makes people try and
source it from places other than the net rather than just down loading it for
free. (well in general anyway)
Also I think that If I was in the library and saw it on the shelf and it was
a distro I wanted to try I would borrow it. But if I was say at the meeting
and could buy it for a few bucks then I would most likely buy it. there. Its
just the convenience of where I am at the time. And of course Joe Blow Mr
Public is more likely to be at a library than our meeting. Well at least
untill he has tried to install it and found out how much there is to learn
about linux.

regards,
Nick E
