log into the web interface (on port 82) 

use adminusername and password you set up initially

then choose port forwarding and choose what port you want forwarded to
the inside and what machine you want running.

eg if you want to runan internal web server running on internal machine
with ip addr 192.168.1.20 choose type t(cp), port 80 forwarded to
192.168.1.20 port 80. save it (submit) and it should work (maybe you
have to restart the firewall, not sure)

easy huh?
