What I would suggest is that hda1, hada2 be w95 (C:, D:) and make certain
that the rest of the HDD is unusable, free space.   Set this up with M$
fdisk.

Install W95.

Use Linux cfdisk to create your ext2 and swap partitions and make hda3 the
boot partition where lilo will be installed.  Install Linux and lilo.
