Just a quick comment...  I don't have time to mess about with the cheapest
of the cheap.. my time is more important than a couple of dollars.

So I have brand preferences... Asus boards and Century ram and Sony CDROMs
and Netgear ethernet stuff.

I have a couple of suppliers who are fair pricing, deliver on time, and who
are helpful. 

Business Computers Ltd (www.bcl.co.nz 359 5556) have piles of cool stuff,
and can get pretty much anything.

Corporate Consumables (www.corpcons.co.nz 365 5060 Michelle Airey) do
anything like toner/ink/paper/CDR/etc, and are generally the lowest price on
HP printers.
