Whether he filters out clug mail into a separate mailbox, and how he does it (separate accounts, procmail, client filter etc) is immaterial. What is important is that these flame wars do not get out of hand on the list, jamming up peoples hard disk space and reading time. I agree with Adam that although a certain amount of opinion is both inevitable and desirable, this particular conversation got a little out of hand.
