The mail agent seems pretty good in both senses of the word 'pretty' except that there is no PGP-GPG. ( I am using it right now )
http://www.mozilla.org OTOH XFmail is, imho, as ugly as sin to look at but does PGP-GPG quite nicely. http://www.xfmail.org and http://www.xfmail.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Content&file=index&menu=18&page_id=6 for the screen-shots. xfmail requires that you install the xforms library.
