Barry won't be able to make it to the meeting next Monday night
unfortunately. Is there anyone willing to fill in for him to do the supper
next meeting please?
What needs doing is to lay out the cups fill them with hot water out of the
'zip' with some tea bags etc. And to do the dishes afterwards, usually a
second person helps with the clearing up and dish washing.
Also while we are on this subject. I would like to spend a few dollars of
our funds on a couple of tea towels a cloth a washing brush and some dish
washing liquid. I will go ahead and get these few items if there is know
objections.
