The requirement for you to be a legal entity has been there for a while now, I fell foul of it when I wanted to set up a client account under Kiwimail with the legal entity being Valkyrie Systems Ltd, it would have been easier for me but ah well...
I recently registered a domain under one account (on behalf of a client), it was subsequently decided that my clients wanted a separate account. Now BOTH these accounts were to the same person but different legal entities - I won't go on, suffice to say it was quicker to release the domain and wait out the holding period. I can understand Domainz' position, they do not want to be mired in legal problems should there be a claim to the domain, so I am happy to live with it. They could develope a better system though :) Adrian
