I recall installing a mail server and having to change the mx records for a domain. The domain owner had no idea what a domain key was, let alone what this particular key /password was, so I had to get that information from Domainz. I didn't expect that they would provide the information to me, so when they declined to do so I asked them to provide the information to the domain holder. No, they would not do that. They would only provide the information to the domain holder if the domain holder asked them to!
