I think that I am just in the happy situation that
I joined up with the Ultra scheme I'm with during the free
ISP days. Things were reeeally cheap then. I have not ever changed the scheme I'm on 
and 
Ihug have not tried to change me.

The worst I do with my plan is downloading my Redhat distro
and I usually try to do that from an NZ site.

I almost changed to Telstra/Saturn but am glad I didn't after comparing those 
download speeds :-)
