I agree there!! I have access to Win2K and XP (who doesn't) but refuse to try them given my insistence on Open Source Software use. I also have noticed that the control of one's own computer is seriously affected with anything beyond Win98. I know, I had to set up a dual boot Win 2K/Mandrake Box for a friend and what a wanker Win2K was, nothing like Win98. Had no idea where to find anything administratively...got it running fine but it was NOT worth the effort IMHO....
