Hi-ho, I'll probably regret mentioning it, but we printed three copies here, and it cost about $35 a copy... No I don't want to get into mass printing it, but I'll bring the result along to the next meeting, it's a bit of a phone book...

At 10cents a page realistic cost of printing or photocopying, plus your time, plus something to hold it all together, is this really the way to go when you can buy the book from Amazon for US$28 (or S/H at $20) - probably ~NZ$75 including postage?
