I bought that book from amazon, at the start of march (when the exchange
rate was 0.4184 - no my memory is not _that_ good, i'm looking at the visa
statement), anyway, it cost me $95.51... not bad eh, for a free book :)

The proper publishers version is as thick as the chch yellow pages too
though. I've used the book a few times, but it looks good on the shelf.

I find the HTML version to be the best... its alot easier to navigate
(mataphorically: RAM) when you have no idea what your after. The pdf has
no cross reference linking (metaphorically: Tape), and scrolling 660 pages
can be a mission.

Good book tho... seems to have everything.

Steve.
