I have a Maxtor MobileMax DeskRunner PCMCIA adaptor that plugs into its
own ISA card, and screws into a 3.5 or 5.25 bay. I have no idea if it
is supported under Linux, as I just found it hiding in one of my drawers
- it used to use it under Windows 95 ok - it allows a normal PC to use
PCMCIA cards... (Type I, II or III)

Does anyone know if this is Linux-friendly - and if it is and someone
can use it then make me an offer... It's taking space and I don't use it
any more...

I've been looking for one that plugs into an IDE socket. That way you
can turn a CF card into a mini IDE drive.
