Hi.

I'm currently doing phone consulting work for clients and want to record
phone calls and conference calls to my computer so I can burn and send
them a copy.

I'm looking for one of two solutions:

(1) A small device that goes in line with the phone cord or handset cord
with output suitable for plugging into the input socket on a
sound card. I can then manually use software to record phone /
conference calls from the input line.

(2) A dedicated voice telephony card. The challenge with this approach
is that it needs to be linux compatible of course. However, if there is
a card that runs under linux and records input to disk and does other
nifty stuff then it might be worth considering.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
