Real Easy.
>From the wall socket:
Double Plug --> Modem
--> Phone
Then:
Modem --> PC
Phone --> Ear
You pick up the phone, dial your number, then hit record in Modem Spy.
Phone doesn't seem to dial if it's already in record mode.
