There is PhotoEtch, Brisbane St., Sydenham. 379-9421 They used to do 
what you want. I used them _many_ years ago. I don't know what the 
current situation is. Page 853 in the Yellow Pages for several others.

Now-a-days it's usual to diy for one offs with one of the kits 
available. Assuming you have access to a laser printer for the negs.

I used to get into that sort of thing a long time ago, and found wire 
wrap pretty good for one-offs.
