  It would not be beyond the bounds of possibility for me to pop out to 
Rangiora to make sure that you have the things installed and going that 
you want to have installed and going. Rangiora is not _that_ far away 
after all. Setting up the type for that little mag. you showed me should 
be well within the capability of Kword, which is improving fast. I must 
add that imho Kword would be very much easier to do that sort of thing 
in, rather than one of the MSW programs, because it is a dual mode -- 
frames & flowing text -- system. It's a bit like a combination of a 
traditional word processor and FrameMaker. Thus it's much easier to set 
out pages such as the ones you showed me. I know, from seeing it with my 
own two eyes, that it does pictures very nicely.
