I think the suggestion on Jason's poll of having a "half in half" meeting format (first half aimed at newbies/second half aimed at non-newbies) is a reasonable compromise (it will also prevent the first half from taxing attention spans by getting too long without a break). We could even consider having the same topic in both halves--first a high-level overview/how-to-get-it-working view and then the low-level how-it-actually-works view. CLUG meetings -- a game of two halves? Phil.
