It doesn't require much time to set it up.

Just go to surceforge and download (make sure you get the 3.0.0) package
for your distro (they are already prepackaged for most mainstream distro)

Then redirect your browser to use the proxy: localhost, port 8118

Afterward you can tweak it if you really want, there is a web interface
to it.

The original Junkbuster is dead, this is the next generation built on the
Junkbuster foundation but much, much improved.
