Well, I've switched to evolution, it's quite nice, thanks to the Ximian KB I found Outport:
http://www.cyberus.ca/~phoenix/outport/ Which converts .pst files to a format suitable for evolution but because it needs mapi.dll you have to run it under windows, no biggie as I'm dual booting with win98. Also installed Quanta, which looks like a really nice html/php/etc editor, hopefully it will be able to replace homesite, the editor I use under windows. Someone on here mentioned that they were running enlightenment with an OSX like theme on it, I really like OSX and have added some icon packs and themes and so forth to kde so it looks and feels a lot like OSX, can post links if anyone is interested :-). We'll see if I can stick at it this time, have tried to do the LOTD thing in the past with not much success, but now there appears to be a LOT of good OSS apps out there which may fulfill my requirements, still have win98 for the odd bit of game playing too... Open office will go on tonight, seems cool from my playings with it on the knoppix cd. jeremyb.
