I'm using the following together:

Acqua theme for kde:

Aqua Fusion 0.2 icon theme:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=2556

Mosfets high performance liquid style:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=48

All together has a very nice effect :-)
