The gixxers require too much effort to hussle along as
fast as an R1, think you might have a few too many R's
on there btw, unless you're from way down south and 
rolling your R's ;-).

VFR800 is a great bike, can be had at a good price atm,
http://www.bikepoint.co.nz is very cool for looking
around at prices etc.. cost of insurance doesn't really
worry me, gotta have an R1 you see :-).

Paul (01 blade) and I aren't really rally guys, Simon 
(also on list) races a CBR600F4 in Formula 2 which counts 
him out, must be a few more bikers out there?
