The one from DSE web site appears to be the same as the r-333-5.tgz file which the Intel site said was for 2.2 kernels. I tried the 536ep first and it didn't work. I had to peel the sticker off the chip on the modem to find out it had the MD5628D-L-B chip. So if you have part XH1136 from DSE you will probably need the Intel-v92ham-451.tgz file for RH8.
