And as such is not particularly on topic for CLUG. I have free to a good home, as in I don't want or need and if no one else wants is going to turn up in a skip somewhere ..... 1 x Dell OptiPlex GX1, Case, M/B, PSU * I don't know which is faulty the M/B or the PSU, I wasn't going to pay $130 to find out. * I'm not going to list the features of the M/B as I am not sure if it works, anyway anyone who needs it knows its features. 1 x Creative CD 3231E, 32 Speed IDE CDROM * Has problems reading some discs, i.e spins up to full power, trying to read the disc then spins down, then up again, then down ... you get the picture. 1 x Hewlett Packard 7200i IDE CD R/RW. * Reads CD's just fine at max speed (4x) but refuses to write at all in Adaptec Easy CD Creator or Nero. Originally wrote CD's at 1x and 2x. I bought in 1998. * Last CD successfully burnt was the day before I put the computer in my car and drove to Chch with it at the beginning of this year. 1 x Mitsumi 1.44 Floppy Drive (not out of the Dell, thats a Teac floppy) * Status unknown, but its one more thing I don't need lying around. * Fits a standard 3 drive bay, no funny face plate. Ok, so that is all, if you want any of it take it all off my hands and save me a trip to the skip. Or I will visit the skip sometime Monday. Mark
