The MB was faulty for those who want to know.

I bought one too, and blew a second PSU.  Components, minus MB are now
running in a new case.  So if you bought one of these, don't waste your time
rewiring a non-proprietry PSU to fit the (flippin' Dell) MB.  You'll blow
it.
