Assuming you do actually have the required dll file, and the case matches (it
could well be case sensitive) then... the first thing that comes to mind is
to look in your ~/.wine/config file - I don't have one to check against atm,
but I seem to remember something about dll load order
("builtin,native,something-or-other-else") which might be worth a look. Just
a guess.
