On datacom's (NZ Post's technology partner or whatever they
call it) website, their "show-off" sites:

are *all* done using microsoft tools.
I doubt they looked at Linux very objectively.
In a way, they were right though. It *would* be more expensive
for *them* because they don't have expertise in Linux. Somebody
else could do it cheaper I'm sure.
