Yup, if ur on a redhat system ;) Which of course, all of you who are discussing this are. I was suggesting this for other people using RPM based distro's who want to stay up to date easily as well.

Just a thought.

Use an ftp client to get the updates, compare directories etc....

Just find a mirror, get the updates and voila, ur updated....
