Actually it references ten online lexical databases. Perhaps the most useful to those of us who try to articulate in the Queen's lexicon is the Princeton Word-Net http://www.cogsci.princeton.edu/~wn/ This one nearly always gives the British and well as the American meanings. I have found it useful and have the Kdict applet in the panel. Only found one glaring mistake so far. Give it a try, it's improved markedly in recent rears. -- C. S.
