I make a weekly announcement saying what new courses have been requested, and which courses are ready to be scheduled. Nobody objected when I first asked to do this, but I did say I would try to keep general OSTC business off list. When I set up the OSTC mailing list, most of the business stuff will be handled there, but I will still make a weekly announcment on the CLUG list for those not subscribed to my list.
