hi, i was wondering if any canterbury cosc students running redhat 8.0 on their home comps have had difficulty (like me) getting the ddd debugger to run? when i try to open a file in ddd, i always get a message stating: ~cwd/init.c no file or directory. has anyone experienced & overcome this problem. if anyone knows of a solution or has any tips i would be very grateful to hear from u (i've looked on the web but haven't been able to get any specific info on this)I'm a canta cosc student and yes I have had trouble with setting up RH8 but no trouble whatsoever with ddd (I was using it last weekend), the closest I've had is that the CDs seem to degrade quickly and I end up not being able to install xemacs off them (it's always JUST that program too) so maybe it's the CDs...
