hi dale
my comp is pretty old (266MHz/156MB RAM) but it usually runs fine - glxgears
runs ok; sometimes a little slow to respond. i think the problem is something
minor, perhaps i need to alter my .bashrc file, set a path or use a different
command line option or something??

for example when i enter the following command at the terminal

gcc lab.c -lGL -lGLU -lglut -lm -o lab; lab

i get output:

bash: lab: command not found

i have been using gcc without problems for a few months now

i would really appreciate any advice you could give me

thanx, sam
