Obviously Paradise & Xtra have different Terms & Conditions. Paradise's attitude is - if you pay for the connection and any extra traffic charges, you can do what you like as long as it's legal and doesn't p1$$ off other users and doesn't get paradise's IP range blacklisted.
I had a chat to one of the [EMAIL PROTECTED] guys and he says that malicious hackers (crackers) to get their accounts terminated if complaints are substantiated.
