Telecom doesn't give it to you unless it's at least 2Mbit/s. Even with
that you can bust the 300GB/month quite nicely, and then there's the
upload as well which you can saturate. We could turn the question
around - is it posible to reach the 6-figure phone bill? (Left as an
exercise for the reader)
