Possibly. That would not be defined as being 'part of the deal' and would have 
to be organised separately, because some people, rightly or wrongly, don't 
think that a multi choice questionaire really gives an effective measurement 
of ability. Please note that after having seen the results of a small group 
do such a test, I now think that they do have the ability to separate the 
chalk from the cheese in a pretty rough and ready sort of way. I was 
surprised.

Yes. If that's what's wanted.

Remember that what we are aiming at is to produce people who have competence 
at _doing the work_, not merely getting good marks in an exam.
