Not true.

There is nothing strange about this.  It is no more strange than seeing
IPv6 link-local routes in your routing table if you have an IPv6 capable
TCP/IP stack.

If you are curious about where this route is being configured, grep the
configuration files on your system, starting in /etc.

There is no need to be concerned about this route existing, so Don't
Panic.
