I guess at one level a contract that is inaccurate/impossible/illegal is
unenforceable. IANAL, but should a black-hat snarf your POP3 password
*at the ISP end* and use that to damage their service, making it look
like it was your problem, the ISP might try to charge you - at which
point you refuse to pay, forcing them to take you to court, then you
gamble your life savings on a judge understanding that you didn't cause
the problem ...
