You don't, you pass laws which forbid the sale of insecure boxes to consumers,
AND pass the liability of costs back to the manufacturer of Grannies insecure o/s.

Brightmail is a pretty lax filter imho.

Wednesday - 8 spams 
Yesterday - 7 spams
Today - 3 virus carriers - 4 spams.

Spamoracle is _much_ better than that!
